Our Home Health Care Team Our organization is made up of a team of experienced home health and nursing professionals as follows:

Our Nurse Manager: Ms. Eliza T. Zonne, is a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and is licensed by the State New Jersey Board of Nursing.

Our Business Manager: Cynthia Cebello, comes to us with years of experience in business and organizational management. She is a very friendly, caring, and compassionate individual, with a big heart for the eldely and their families.

Our Accountant: Alfred Amuzu, is a CPA with years of experience in organizational accounting.

The Founder & CEO: Dr. Patrick K. Nicanda, EdD, MBA (Healthcare), MA, PCE, is a medical sociologist and an educationist with significant years of experience in higher educational administration and healthcare administration. He has previously worked in healthcare as a clinical counselor for 13 years in both adult and pediatric facilities, and hospice and palliative care facilities. Dr. Nicanda holds a doctorate in educational administration, an MBA in healthcare administration, a master’s in medical & family sociology, and a graduate-level certificate in clinical pastoral education. He brings all these experiences to leading our home care organization in an atmosphere of mutual respect.
